Came in to get my Seamaster checked out, having liaised with Mercedes, who was very knowledgeable about the model and arranged for me to bring it in. I was warmly greeted and given a drink as Jamie the watchmaker carried out the tests. The watch was checked out very quickly and found to need a slight adjustment to bring it back to peak level The premises are immaculate and the staff are very welcoming, there is an atmosphere of professionalism and passion for watches that is great to see. The range of stock is very wide and I'll definitely be consulting them for my next purchase!

What luck that I walked past Official Watches today. I needed a new battery in my Tag Heuer watch, and went to their flagship store on Oxford St, where they informed me it would be a 6 week wait! Selfridges the same. At Official Watches it took minutes. AND was kindly free of charge! Honestly what a pleasure to meet this professional and courteous team. Highly recommend and my first stop when I buy my next watch.
